Everything you've always wanted to know, but...
Not everything, really. Just the good stuff! My Dad opened the flooring center nearly twenty years ago building the business and a loyal customer base over the past couple of decades. Now, fall of '06, he wants to play (don’t we all!?) so Sarah and I have bought the business. We’ve renamed it from Upper Room Design to McGrath Flooring Center and are continuing the excellent service and top-notch selections the business is known for. We’re maintaining the hands-on management that guarantees your satisfaction, the excellent installations that make re-flooring a breeze (well, almost), and the honest steer-you-right product advice that makes your choosing process easy. And...we’ll be adding new things over time, so don’t think you’ve seen it all!
2008—Sarah and I are pleased to announce the acquisition of Champlain Flooring of Brandon. We are moving the stock to our main location in New Haven. Champlain Flooring had served primarily the commercial/contractor market for may years—we look forward to welcoming their customers and to the expansion of our business.
