Tile and Stone for Anywhere!

Most of us here in the North think of tile only in bathrooms and stone only outside. Not so! Especially when used with radiant heat, tile and stone can be ideal in many rooms—entry and halls are obvious, as are kitchens, but consider your main living areas, too. Even bedrooms. Tile and stone are easy to clean and the use of area rugs provides an unlimited way to change the look of the whole space at a moment’s notice. For commercial use, tile and stone are hard to beat. Durability, variety, and ease of maintenance are unsurpassed, making ceramic or stone tiles the most cost-effective materials available.

We offer free estimating and quotes, and can arrange for professional installation. Laminate tile and stone panels are good for experienced do-it-yourselfers. They’re constructed much like laminate flooring; several “tiles” of thin-sliced stone or ceramic are bonded to a manufactured core having a built-in snap-together locking mechanism. These multi-tile panels can be floated over, rather than mortored to, the floor. Quicker, easier, and cleaner to do, with no mastic or mortor to consider. Grout may or may not be needed, post installation. Some brands have a cork or other backing included; underlayment is recommended if not part of the panel.
